PLEASE READ OUR INVITATION PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. 

This Agreement (these terms and conditions, together with related documents) sets forth the terms and conditions that govern our invitation program ("Invitation Program"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our invitation program. By participating in our invitation program, you acknowledge that you agree to these terms and will abide by them. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not participate in our invitation program.

1.    APPLICATIONS .
1.1 If you comply with the terms of this Agreement, Follbee LLC will pay your fees into your personal bank account (the "Fee") if you meet the requirements of the approved invitation program for your profile (at the time of acceptance). Learn how the invitation program works, how many friends you need to invite, how much you are eligible to receive, and the terms of the invitation program.
1.2 You can use the invitation program by providing a unique invitation link to your friends or by providing your friends' email addresses to Follbee LLC.
1.3 As long as you meet the requirements (at the time they apply), you are eligible for rewards each time you fulfill the terms of the program. 
1.4 You must be a registered juicy.biz network user to use the invitation program. 
1.5 Each qualified user you invite must make transfers using his/her own credit/debit card or own bank account (opened in that user's name).
1.6 Transfers of the same currency are not counted.

2.    PROHIBITED USAGE
2.1 You may only use our invitation program for lawful purposes. You may NOT:
(a) create multiple profiles for the purpose of inviting yourself;
(b) invite other users who have created duplicate profiles; 
(c) use alternate contact information to invite yourself or others who have created duplicate profiles; 
(d) invite an existing juicy.biz network user;
(e) invite fictitious persons;
(f) do things that damage Follbee LLC's brand or goodwill;
(g) make payments that are not genuine to another user; 
(h) use the solicitation program: (1) in any manner that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; or (2) in any manner that is illegal or fraudulent, or has any illegal or fraudulent purpose or effect; or (3) in any manner that conflicts with any other agreement between you and Follbee LLC, including our Customer Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy;
(i) transmit any unwanted or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar information (spam); or
(j) transmit any unwanted or unauthorized advertising through paid search or any other similar activity, including channels that may damage the brand and goodwill of the FollNet network and Follbee LLC.
2.2 Any obligation not to do any act also imposes a duty on you to prevent such act from occurring.

3.    IDS
3.1 Follbee LLC may ask for proof of identity before paying a fee.
3.2 Follbee LLC will not violate the terms of this Agreement (and will not be obligated to pay you a fee) if you fail to provide (in Follbee LLC's sole and absolute discretion) the identification requested by Follbee LLC. 

4.    DATA PROTECTION.
You represent and warrant to us that you have obtained full consent from the persons whose data you provide to us.

5.    ABUSE OF THE TERMS OF THE INVITATION PROGRAM
5.1 Follbee LLC has the right to refuse payment to you (in our sole and absolute discretion) if Follbee LLC suspects that you have not used the invitation program in good faith or have breached this Agreement. 
5.2 We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Agreement. If there is a violation of this Agreement, Follbee LLC may take such action as we deem appropriate, including (but not limited to) terminating this Agreement, closing your or third party profiles, and suspending the invitation program.

6.    LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Follbee LLC is not responsible for any use of the invitation program that is inconsistent with this Agreement.

7.    CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We may revise this Agreement at any time by revising the text on this page. Continued use of the invitation program constitutes acceptance of the agreement in effect at that time.

8.    CHANGES TO THE INVITATION PROGRAM 
Follbee LLC reserves the right to:
(a) edit, revise, or change the invitation program at any time without notice; and 
(b) terminate the invitation program at any time without notice. In the event of termination of the invitation program, Follbee LLC is not obligated to credit any accounts that might otherwise qualify for a fee.

9.    APPLICABLE LAW
9.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA).
9.2 Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the State of Wyoming (USA) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
